Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Instrumentation Quality Control (QC) Inspectors to join the Jafurah project in Saudi Arabia. This is a 6-month contract position, with the possibility of extension based on project needs. The role requires immediate mobilization and offers a fantastic opportunity for professionals who have prior experience working on Saudi Aramco projects.
Three positions are available for qualified candidates who can ensure compliance with instrumentation quality standards and procedures in an oil and gas environment.
Key Responsibilities
The Instrumentation QC Inspector will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and verifying instrumentation components to meet project specifications and standards.
- Perform detailed quality control inspections on instrumentation installation and components.
- Verify compliance with engineering drawings, project specifications, and Saudi Aramco standards.
- Maintain accurate and thorough inspection records and reports.
- Collaborate closely with project engineers and site teams to resolve any issues related to quality.
- Ensure timely reporting on all observed non-conformities and initiate corrective actions.
Required Skills and Experience
Successful candidates must have at least 7 years of relevant experience working as an instrumentation QC inspector, especially within the oil and gas sector. Experience on Saudi Aramco projects is mandatory, reflecting a strong understanding of their quality standards and protocols.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure and deliver thorough inspections on strict timelines is essential.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in instrumentation quality control inspection.
- Certified CBT (Competency Based Training) passed is mandatory.
- Previous experience on Saudi Aramco projects is obligatory.
- Immediate availability is preferred to meet mobilization deadlines.
Work Environment
The role is based on-site at the Jafurah project location in Saudi Arabia. The environment is typical of large-scale industrial oil and gas projects, requiring adherence to strict safety and quality regulations.
