We are seeking a skilled Installation Manager to join a prominent signage and branding company located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing and supervising complex installation projects within the signage industry, ensuring all work aligns with quality, safety, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

The Installation Manager will oversee the complete installation process for structural steel, signage, and exhibition booths. This includes planning, coordinating, and monitoring on-site activities to guarantee timely and safe completion. The role demands close collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain project schedules while adhering to technical specifications and high-quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience in signage installation
• At least 5 to 8 years of proven experience managing installation teams and projects in the signage industry
• Strong project scheduling and planning capabilities
• Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately
• Committed to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards
• Effective team leadership and workforce management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in client and contractor communication and coordination
• Strong organizational skills with clear communication

Work Environment

The position is based on-site in Riyadh, where managing diverse installation projects requires adaptability to dynamic environments and a focus on safety.
