We are seeking experienced and skilled MEP professionals for freelance assignments on a key project based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for candidates ready to join immediately and contribute their expertise in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing disciplines on a manpower rental basis.

Key Responsibilities for Testing & Commissioning Engineer

The preferred candidate will specialize in commissioning LV and MV substations, focusing on:

• Medium Voltage Switchgear (MVSG) testing
• Low Voltage panel testing
• Verifying control and protection schemes
• Detecting conflicts between design and system requirements
• Preparing and updating technical documentation, including single-line, three-line, and wiring diagrams
• Reviewing engineering drawings and equipment specifications
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Coordinating project tasks with management and clients
• Exercising strong communication and organizational skills

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience and expertise in the relevant MEP fields
• Professionalism, reliability, and accountability
• Ready for immediate deployment to Makkah
• Prior experience in MEP projects is advantageous
• Must hold a valid Iqama and work permit
• An Ajeer contract will be provided
• Applicants must be Muslim
• Willingness to relocate and work in Makkah

Employment Details

This engagement is on a freelance or manpower rental basis, with monthly payment structured per individual.

Location

The project is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
