Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead the installation of industrial steel buildings in Riyadh. This role involves supervising all aspects of steel structure assembly, including heavy lifting of main structural components and cladding system installation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel construction and proven leadership skills to manage a team effectively while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

As the Foreman, you will oversee the on-site activities related to steel building installation. Your core duties will include:

• Supervising the erection of main steel structures such as columns, beams, and trusses.
• Managing the assembly and fixing of roof and wall cladding systems.
• Leading and coordinating a team of workers to maintain productivity and safety.
• Planning and prioritizing daily tasks to meet project schedules and deadlines.
• Ensuring all work complies with technical drawings, specifications, and health and safety regulations.
• Monitoring equipment, tools, and material usage to minimize delays and waste.
• Addressing technical challenges on site and offering practical solutions promptly.
• Conducting regular safety briefings and enforcing compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborating closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.
• Reporting daily progress and communicating updates to senior management.

Requirements

The successful candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Demonstrated experience as a Foreman in steel structure installations, particularly in erecting main frameworks and assembling cladding systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of steel construction methods, relevant tools, and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation accurately.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team motivation and effective site management.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards applicable to industrial construction sites.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia and work within the local industry environment.
