Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fit-Out Engineer / Project Manager to join a reputable contracting company handling interior fit-out projects in Riyadh. This role requires an experienced professional to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and top-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all fit-out related activities directly at the project site. Your duties will include coordinating closely with clients, design consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to guarantee seamless workflow and meet project milestones. You will prepare comprehensive project schedules, monitor Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and generate regular progress reports. Ensuring that all construction work complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards is vital. You will also manage quality control, supervise resource allocation, and quickly resolve any technical or site challenges. Overseeing project completion, conducting thorough snagging inspections, and ensuring smooth handover to clients will be key aspects of your responsibilities.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field, with 3 to 8 years of practical experience in interior fit-out or related construction projects. A solid understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination alongside expertise in interior finishes and on-site execution is essential. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and effective problem-solving abilities are necessary to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required to support design reviews and project documentation.
