Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Engineer to manage and supervise telecom tower installation projects in Saudi Arabia. This role requires hands-on experience and a strong technical background to ensure smooth and safe installation processes on site.

The position is based in Riyadh with an immediate start, ideal for candidates who are ready to contribute their expertise to large-scale telecom infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation and erection of telecom towers, ensuring all activities align with technical specifications and safety standards. Key duties include:

• Supervising on-site installation and construction teams.
• Monitoring progress to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinating with different teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Reviewing and approving technical documents, method statements, and inspection requests.
• Ensuring compliance with approved drawings and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal engineer will have at least five years of relevant experience in telecom tower installation, particularly focusing on site supervision and quality control. Candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in tower erection and installation projects within Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical documentation and ensuring conformance to specifications.
• A thorough understanding of site safety protocols and construction processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple project elements.
