Key Responsibilities

The Technical Office Manager will be responsible for supervising the technical office team and closely monitoring project progress. Key duties include reviewing and approving engineering plans and shop drawings, preparing detailed technical reports, and generating accurate bills of quantities. The role also involves coordinating closely with project managers and consultants to ensure alignment on project specifications and timely resolution of technical issues. Additionally, the manager will follow up on any technical modifications and guarantee that all work complies with the required standards and specifications.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in contracting and managing technical offices.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings with a solid understanding of project coordination.
• Strong background in preparing and reviewing plans, progress reports, and quantity surveying.
• Ability to lead and manage a technical team effectively.
• Experienced with engineering and technical software relevant to the construction industry.
