Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing and reviewing structural and civil drawings, with a strong command of AutoCAD and reinforced concrete construction methods.

This role focuses on producing accurate Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings, detailed shop drawings, and as-built documentation. You will also be responsible for coordinating drawings with on-site requirements and consultant feedback to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise structural and civil drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop IFC drawings and detailed shop drawings for civil and concrete works.
• Create and review as-built drawings reflecting actual site conditions.
• Coordinate with site teams and consultants to align drawings with project requirements.
• Support quantity take-off exercises and perform drawing reviews and revisions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with reinforced concrete construction standards and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a technical office engineering role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD with the ability to read and prepare complex structural and civil drawings.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete structures and construction techniques.
• Experience preparing IFC drawings and detailed shop drawings.
• Good communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Preferred experience in quantity take-off and drawing amendment processes.

Work Location and Schedule

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, near Riyadh Bus Station in the Al Mohammadiyah area (501, Riyadh). Immediate joining is preferred. Walk-in interviews will be held at 3:00 PM today at the specified location.

Salary

The salary range for this position is SAR 5,000 to SAR 8,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
