Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Site Engineer with hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects, specifically within the retail sector, to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role demands a professional capable of managing site activities and ensuring seamless coordination across all disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the execution of interior fit-out works, coordinating between various teams, and ensuring that project specifications and timelines are met. This includes interpreting architectural, civil, joinery, and MEP drawings, managing material specifications, and supervising construction methods on site to maintain quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in interior fit-out projects, particularly in office, retail, commercial, hospitality, and corporate environments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to read and coordinate complex construction drawings.
• Solid understanding of site execution processes, material specifications, and construction techniques relevant to fit-out projects.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to operate independently and manage the site activities with minimal supervision.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries is highly preferred.
