Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Estimation and Tender Department based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and at least six years of experience working within the Saudi Arabian tendering sector. This opportunity offers a competitive monthly package ranging between 8,000 and 9,000 SAR.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take charge of accurately preparing and managing quantity estimations for various projects, collaborating closely with the tendering team to submit competitive and timely bids. Responsibilities include evaluating project costs, analyzing tender documents, and ensuring all estimations align with both client specifications and company standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum of six years’ relevant experience in Saudi Arabia’s tendering environment.
• Proven expertise in quantity surveying practices related to estimation and tender preparation.
• Strong analytical skills combined with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
