Job Overview

Our Engineering Consulting firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a seasoned Quality Control (QC) Manager to join our team for a major airport and infrastructure project. This role is ideal for candidates with extensive experience in managing quality assurance processes within complex construction environments, specifically airport projects.

Key Responsibilities

The QC Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle. The role includes ensuring compliance with industry standards, conducting inspections, and coordinating closely with various project teams to maintain high-quality deliverables. Additionally, the manager will lead quality audits, manage non-conformance reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives to guarantee successful project execution.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in quality control roles, preferably within airport or large infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and safety regulations.
• Ability to develop and enforce quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Effective communication and coordination skills to liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related engineering or technical field. Immediate availability is preferred. Applicants must currently reside in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama. We welcome candidates of any nationality who meet the criteria.
