Job Overview

A leading company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and control processes on large-scale building and infrastructure projects based in Riyadh. This role demands a professional with extensive experience in the construction industry to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management plans aligned with project requirements. This includes preparing method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and inspection checklists. The role involves monitoring the quality of materials and workmanship, handling submittals, reviewing Requests for Information (RFIs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and driving corrective actions where necessary to uphold project quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• 15 to 20 years of proven experience in QA/QC within the construction sector.
• Background working with major construction firms is essential.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction standards, specifications, and inspection procedures.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing quality plans, method statements, and inspection documentation.
• Ability to manage material submittals and respond effectively to RFIs and NCRs.
• Professional QA/QC certification is highly preferred.
• Currently based in Dammam, Khobar, or surrounding areas within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
