A well-established construction company based in Riyadh is seeking a skilled Portfolio Performance Engineer with extensive experience in the construction and infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, cost control, and performance monitoring to support large-scale construction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

The Portfolio Performance Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the planning and control functions across multiple projects. This includes developing project schedules, managing cost control processes, preparing comprehensive dashboards, and generating detailed performance reports to guide decision-making and enhance project delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 7 to 8 years of practical experience in the construction industry, especially with infrastructure projects.
• Proven expertise in project planning, cost management, and project performance control.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in creating dashboards and reporting metrics to track portfolio health.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 for scheduling, Power BI for data visualization, and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Additionally, having a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required to demonstrate mastery of project management principles and best practices.
