Gulfaar Group is actively seeking a skilled Piping Engineer to join our dynamic team for important projects located in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Al Ahsa, and offers the opportunity to work within the thriving EPC, Oil & Gas, and related sectors.

Key Responsibilities

As a Piping Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, reviewing, and executing piping engineering tasks for diverse projects within the Oil & Gas and EPC industries. Your duties will include preparing and verifying piping layouts, isometrics, and material specifications, while coordinating closely with multidisciplinary teams including Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical, and Instrumentation engineers. You will also be responsible for reviewing design calculations, Material Take-Offs (MTOs), Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and international codes. Supporting construction, procurement, inspection, and commissioning teams, as well as managing technical queries, Request for Information (RFIs), vendor documents, and engineering deliverables will be part of your daily tasks. Ensuring projects meet deadlines and standards is essential in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Piping Engineering or an equivalent qualification. Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Power, or EPC projects is highly desirable. A strong grasp of piping design fundamentals, engineering principles, and construction demands is necessary, alongside familiarity with international codes and standards. Comprehensive knowledge of piping materials, specifications, MTO, and isometric drawings will be required. Prior experience working on projects within Saudi Arabia is preferred, especially involvement in Aramco or other major Oil & Gas ventures. Excellent communication and coordination skills are critical to successfully interact with various project stakeholders.
