Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Operations Lead to join our team in the construction and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) sector. This role demands a strong background in mechanical engineering with hands-on experience in managing construction projects, leading teams, and overseeing site operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Lead will be responsible for supervising engineering teams and site staff, coordinating ongoing projects, and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. This includes preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), developing accurate cost estimates, and creating detailed quotations. Providing effective leadership and maintaining clear communication channels within the project teams will be essential to success in this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the construction industry, particularly with MEP works.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech).
• Proven expertise in BOQ preparation, costing techniques, and quotation documentation.
• Able to efficiently manage engineering teams and site personnel.
• Strong project coordination and management skills.
• Effective leadership abilities paired with excellent communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary of 5,000 SAR.

• Employment contract duration: 2 years.
