Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Fabrication Yard Foreman to lead metal and structural steel fabrication operations in Al Manakh Industrial Area, Riyadh. This full-time role demands hands-on management of shop floor activities, connecting engineering designs with on-site execution to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met consistently.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee daily tasks for a dedicated team of fitters, multi-welders, and machine operators, ensuring smooth workflow across all fabrication stages. Responsibilities include interpreting complex shop drawings, weld symbols, and cutting layouts accurately. The foreman will also manage material usage, optimize cutting plans to reduce scrap, and carry out quality control checks on dimensional tolerances and joint preparations before components leave the assembly line.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants should have at least 3 years of proven experience in structural steel or metal fabrication yards, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong technical proficiency in reading fabrication blueprints and understanding welding processes (MIG, TIG, ARC) is essential. Hands-on knowledge of steel cutting, bending, and assembly is expected to ensure efficient floor management. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Hindi or Urdu is advantageous for team communication. Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama will be preferred.

Work Environment and Schedule

This position operates in a dynamic workshop environment with a typical work schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The company strictly enforces midday summer breaks aligned with national regulations to ensure worker safety and well-being.

Compensation and Benefits

The offer includes a competitive gross salary package starting with a 3,500 SAR basic pay plus a fixed overtime allowance based on technical evaluation. The company provides housing or a housing allowance, transportation or transportation allowance, and comprehensive medical insurance. Additionally, all Iqama issuance, transfer, and renewal fees are fully covered. Employees also receive paid annual leave along with round-trip airfare.
