Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled MEP Quantity Surveyor with 8 to 10 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, preferably in electrical disciplines, and possess extensive knowledge in calculating quantities for MEP items, managing project variations, and handling client and subcontractor invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately quantify MEP materials and components by interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Manage variations, ensuring any changes in the scope of work are documented and processed effectively.
• Prepare detailed client invoices and manage subcontractor billing in alignment with project milestones.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a preference for candidates from an electrical engineering background.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, alongside CAD and BIM software capabilities.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and industry standards related to MEP works.
• Hands-on experience working on construction sites, familiar with real-world implementation and challenges.
