Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with extensive experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and proven expertise managing maintenance operations in industries such as manufacturing, petrochemical, refinery, or process plants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate maintenance activities including planning, scheduling, and execution through SAP PM.
• Perform thorough inspections and assessments to evaluate mechanical equipment condition and service life.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies aimed at maximizing equipment reliability and reducing downtime.
• Lead root cause analysis and reliability engineering initiatives to improve maintenance processes.
• Oversee shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance projects ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Supervise maintenance teams and collaborate effectively with contractors to maintain optimal plant operation.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance engineering within industrial, manufacturing, refinery, petrochemical, or process environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PM for maintenance planning, execution, and reporting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of pumps, compressors, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, rotating equipment, heat exchangers, valves, and other plant machinery.
• Proficient in analyzing maintenance history, conducting failure analysis, and estimating equipment service life.
• Solid understanding of root cause analysis, reliability engineering, and industry best maintenance practices.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex maintenance shutdowns and major industrial turnarounds.
