We are seeking a skilled Kitchen and Coffee Shop Equipment Technician to join our technical team based in Riyadh. This role involves maintaining and repairing a variety of commercial kitchen and coffee shop equipment to ensure smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities

The technician will be responsible for performing both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on essential commercial kitchen and coffee appliances. This includes troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical malfunctions. You will service and repair equipment such as espresso machines, coffee grinders, brewers, ovens, microwaves, speed ovens, ice makers, and refrigeration units. Additionally, supporting equipment installation, testing, and commissioning will be part of your duties. Maintaining detailed and accurate maintenance and service records is essential for this position.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a diploma or a technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or a related discipline. A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in kitchen, coffee shop, or food service equipment maintenance is required. Strong troubleshooting abilities and the capability to diagnose faults effectively are crucial. Familiarity with reading electrical diagrams and technical manuals is necessary, and experience working with commercial kitchen and coffee equipment is highly advantageous.
