Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Installation Manager to join a leading signage and branding company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This key role involves overseeing the entire installation process for signage, structural steel, and exhibition booth projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Installation Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site installation activities. This includes managing installation teams, interpreting technical drawings, and guaranteeing compliance with project specifications and schedules. Collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal teams is vital to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and safely.

• Schedule and plan installation projects effectively
• Supervise site installation operations and teams
• Interpret technical drawings and project documentation
• Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines
• Coordinate with clients and contractors for seamless project execution
• Lead problem-solving efforts and make sound decisions on-site
• Manage workforce and promote team productivity

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or possess relevant professional experience within the signage and installation sector. A solid background of 5 to 8 years managing installation projects and teams in the signage industry is essential.
