Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Supervisor to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair operations within a dynamic engineering environment. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of managing on-site teams while ensuring adherence to safety and company protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC installation projects and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate and guide technicians to ensure efficient workflow on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Identify and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, providing technical support as needed.
• Maintain detailed service records and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams to meet project goals.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven supervisory experience in HVAC operations.
• In-depth understanding of HVAC components including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams under pressure.
• Effective communication and reporting capabilities.
• A valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
