China Railway is expanding its team for several prestigious high-rise building and luxury hotel projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are inviting applications from seasoned engineering professionals who have substantial experience in large-scale construction, particularly in high-rise and 4-star or 5-star hotel developments.

Open Positions and Key Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for the following roles, each requiring specialized knowledge and hands-on experience:

• Technical Architect
  Develop and assess architectural designs and drawings while ensuring compliance with project codes and client expectations. Collaborate closely with structural, MEP, and construction teams. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical proposals, supporting the project’s lifecycle from design stages to completion.
• Civil Engineer
  Oversee civil construction activities on-site, verify construction drawings and technical documentation, and ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications. Engage with consultants, contractors, and all project stakeholders. Monitor timelines, safety protocols, and overall progress.
• Mechanical Engineer (MEP)
  Manage mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting. Conduct thorough reviews of mechanical design drawings and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning processes. Work in close coordination with architectural, structural, and electrical teams to maintain project standards.
• Electrical Engineer (MEP)
  Handle electrical system design and management such as power distribution, lighting, ELV, and fire alarm systems. Review electrical submissions, oversee installation and commissioning, and ensure safety compliance. Collaborate across various technical disciplines to align project goals.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants must have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, with mandatory exposure to high-rise construction and luxury hotel projects (4-star or 5-star). Only candidates meeting these essential criteria will be considered for the roles.
