We are currently seeking skilled Elevator Technicians and Assistant Elevator Technicians to join our team in Riyadh and the Eastern Province. These full-time roles involve installation and operation of elevator systems from leading global manufacturers including TK, KONE, OTIS, and SCHINDLER. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in elevator installation or related support roles, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency on site.

Key Responsibilities for Elevator Technician

As an Elevator Installation and Operation Technician, your duties will cover all phases of elevator assembly and commissioning. You will interpret technical drawings to correctly install mechanical frameworks, cabins, doors, and drive units. Conducting initial safety inspections on both mechanical and electrical elements is a vital aspect of this role. Troubleshooting any issues during installation and proposing effective solutions is expected. Collaboration with project teams, contractors, and consultants will be essential to maintain workflow and compliance. Adhering strictly to company and manufacturer safety standards and protocols is mandatory throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities for Assistant Elevator Technician

The Assistant Elevator Installation Technician will provide vital support to senior technicians during all stages of elevator setup. Responsibilities include preparing the worksite, assisting with lifting and positioning of materials, and performing basic mechanical tasks under supervision. Safe operation of scaffolding, proper handling of hand and power tools, and maintaining an organized and tidy workspace are important components of this role. Commitment to following all safety procedures and site regulations is required at all times.

Required Skills and Experience

• Elevator Technician: A minimum of 10 to 15 years’ proven experience in elevator installation and operation is preferred.
• Assistant Technician: Ideally, candidates will have around 5 years of related experience supporting installation activities.
• Strong understanding of installation standards from manufacturers such as TK, KONE, OTIS, and SCHINDLER.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical schematics accurately.
• Effective teamwork skills and capacity to work under pressure without compromising quality.
• Commitment to meeting project deadlines and maintaining high workmanship standards.
• Basic knowledge of scaffolding safety and operation for assistant technician role.
• Competent in safely handling tools and installation equipment.
• Strong focus on occupational health and safety requirements.
