Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Projects Engineer to manage the electrical aspects of fit-out projects from design through to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure all electrical works comply with safety standards, budgets, and project timelines, delivering high-quality outcomes that meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves a wide range of duties related to electrical systems design, project execution, and commissioning:

• Develop electrical design drawings, technical documents, and conduct load calculations, cable sizing, and power distribution planning.
• Ensure all designs comply with the Saudi Building Code and international standards.
• Prepare technical specifications and cost estimates to support tenders and procurement.
• Oversee electrical installation activities, supervising subcontractors and site teams to maintain quality workmanship.
• Monitor project timelines, address potential delays, and coordinate with consultants, clients, and other disciplines.
• Manage testing, commissioning, and handover processes, including client training and documentation.
• Adhere strictly to occupational health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay informed of industry advancements and recommend innovative engineering solutions for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in electrical projects, preferably within fit-out or construction sectors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, ETAP, and Dialux software tools.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Building Code, IEC, NFPA, and NEC standards.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
