Job Overview

We are currently hiring a qualified Electrical Engineer specializing in MEP Infrastructure Networks to support our projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in infrastructure networks including wet utilities, chilled water, and LP gas systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing engineering activities through to project completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities

The Electrical Engineer will be accountable for managing the execution of infrastructure works such as storm water, wastewater, chilled water, and LP gas networks. Responsibilities include supervising the installation of pipes, fittings, chambers, and manholes along with associated civil works. Coordination of dry utilities including electrical, mechanical, and ICT interfaces is also essential. The role demands effective management of material submittals, especially long-lead items, and preparation of method statements and all technical documentation. Ensuring thorough testing, commissioning, and successful project handover rounds out the job scope.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience within MEP infrastructure projects.
• At least 3 years focused experience in infrastructure network execution.
• At least 2 years experience in a technical office environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of water networks, chilled water, and LP gas systems.
• Experienced in preparing and reviewing shop drawings, Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and Work Inspection Requests (WIRs).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Excel is required; familiarity with BIM software is preferred.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
