Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Coating and Painting Supervisor with a minimum of five years of experience in the coating industry. Candidates with prior experience working with Al YAMMAMA and ZEECO companies will be highly preferred. This role offers a valuable opportunity to lead and oversee coating and painting projects, ensuring quality standards and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily coating and painting operations on site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with project teams and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and efficient resource use.
• Monitor coating application methods and environmental conditions to maintain quality and compliance.
• Inspect completed work regularly and address any issues or defects promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, work progress, and inspections.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of coating systems and painting processes as applied in industrial settings. Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and projects is essential. Familiarity with Al YAMMAMA and ZEECO company standards will be a distinct advantage.
