Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Estimation Engineer specializing in civil engineering to join our team in Riyadh. This role demands a minimum of 10 years’ experience, preferably with a strong background in building cost estimation. The position is based at our head office, offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from 10,000 to 12,000 SAR.

Key Responsibilities

The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for building projects, ensuring project budgets are realistic and aligned with client expectations. Collaboration with project managers and procurement teams to assess project requirements and materials will be essential. Delivering timely and precise estimation reports is crucial to aid successful project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• At least 10 years of experience in civil engineering estimation, with a preference for expertise in building projects.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to produce precise cost assessments.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with local construction practices and materials in Riyadh is advantageous.

Additional Information

Please note that candidates with a bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, particularly Sri Lankan nationals, are not encouraged to apply for this role. Indian applicants must possess a valid Iqama as employment under the current Qiwa system presents challenges.
