Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with a focus on finishing and fit-out projects, based in Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a professional with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience, including at least 3 years working within the Gulf region. The candidate will play a vital role in overseeing interior finishing and architectural works, ensuring top-quality site execution.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising finishing and fit-out operations on site. This includes coordinating materials, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with quality control standards. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain project timelines and standards are essential.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience specifically in finishing and fit-out works.
• Proven expertise in interior finishing, architectural detailing, and site execution processes.
• Experience in quality control, materials coordination, and managing subcontractor performance.
• At least 3 years of professional experience within Gulf countries.

Requirements

• Valid Saudi Residence Permit (IQAMA) under Azad Visa status.
• Active medical insurance coverage.
• All relevant educational certificates.
