Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Building Management System (BMS) Technician to join a reputable facility management company in Riyadh. This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting BMS equipment to ensure optimal operation of building automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on BMS hardware and software.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to building automation and control systems.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of BMS components within commercial or industrial buildings.
• Coordinate with the engineering and maintenance teams to support facility operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a BMS Technician or in a similar technical role.
• Good understanding of building automation systems, control networks, and relevant electrical components.
• Ability to read technical manuals and troubleshoot complex systems efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
