Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled BIM Engineer with expertise in Civil and Architectural fields. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of professional experience working with Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies to support diverse engineering and architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for civil and architectural projects.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate and coordinated designs.
• Utilize BIM software to enhance project workflows and improve design precision.
• Support project teams by providing detailed BIM deliverables according to project schedules and specifications.
• Identify and resolve clashes and inconsistencies in models before construction phases.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 7 years of proven experience as a BIM Engineer specializing in civil or architectural disciplines.
• Proficiency with leading BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and architectural design principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to liaise with project stakeholders effectively.
• Attention to detail with the capability to manage complex modeling tasks.
