Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to drive the digital transformation of design and construction workflows. This role focuses on integrating BIM models, shop drawings, and structural data to enhance collaboration with trade contractors throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a key role in detecting clashes, managing BIM schedules, and ensuring that all drawings meet quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

The BIM Coordinator will lead coordination efforts across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Responsibilities include clash detection and resolution, maintaining and updating BIM schedules, preparing detailed shop drawings, and enforcing adherence to QA/QC procedures and ISO standards. The role requires close interaction with multiple project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of all digital deliverables.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out contracting.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks for BIM modeling and coordination.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate within a multinational team environment.
• In-depth understanding of BIM processes and quality assurance standards, including ISO compliance.
