Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural QA/QC Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience to join an exciting project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, specifically within architectural scope on major construction projects, preferably in the hospitality and mixed-use development sectors.

Key Responsibilities

As an Architectural QA/QC Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality control procedures on-site. Your duties will include conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with project teams to maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in Architectural Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
• Demonstrable expertise in QA/QC protocols, inspection techniques, and documentation.
• Previous involvement in large-scale hospitality or mixed-use construction projects is highly preferred.
• Valid transferable Iqama and health insurance are mandatory.
• Availability for a face-to-face interview in Riyadh is required.
• Immediate candidates will be prioritized.
