Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Estimator with a background in Civil or MEP disciplines to join our team in Riyadh. This role offers a mid-career opportunity for candidates who have at least three years of experience in cost estimation and engineering assessment. The position is open to Indian, Sri Lankan, and Filipino nationals aged between 22 and 45 years. Immediate hiring and sponsorship transfer is available for qualified engineers.

Key Responsibilities

The Estimator will be responsible for conducting detailed engineering assessments and cost estimations for various projects. Duties include evaluating sites across Saudi Arabia, performing value engineering, and carrying out comprehensive estimation activities. Candidates will engage in process evaluation, cost re-engineering, and material assessment. The role also involves techno-commercial tasks such as preparing detailed cost analyses for incoming inquiries, coordinating with sales teams, and responding promptly to all requests for quotations (RFQs).

Additional responsibilities involve forecasting procurement needs, preparing structured bill of materials (BOM) or bill of lading (BOL) for project-based jobs, monitoring costs, and supporting sales executives with technical advice. Vendor evaluation and cost reduction initiatives are also key parts of this role, alongside product research, development, and various assignments as directed by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in cost estimation within Civil or MEP engineering fields
• Engineering degree or relevant qualification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform site evaluations and detailed cost assessments
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise with sales teams and vendors
• Familiarity with value engineering and procurement planning
