We are a leading engineering consulting firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeking an experienced Estimation Manager / Estimator to join our team and contribute to the prestigious NEOM project. This role demands a professional with a strong background in cost estimation and project budgeting within the engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be accountable for preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for various phases of the NEOM project. Collaborating closely with project managers and engineering teams, you will analyze project requirements, materials, labor, and timelines to produce detailed financial projections that support project planning and execution.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 7 years of experience in estimation roles within engineering or construction projects.
• Proven ability to develop detailed and reliable project cost estimates.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Requirements

• Immediate availability to join.
• Possession of a transferable iqama and currently located in Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant engineering or technical field.
