Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Engineering Manager to join a dynamic team dedicated to major energy and infrastructure developments across Saudi Arabia. This key role requires hands-on involvement from design stages through to construction, ensuring technical excellence and seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager will play a pivotal role in reviewing and improving engineering designs, drawings, and technical submissions. Coordination with internal departments, consultants, and clients is essential to facilitate smooth project progress. The candidate will also provide technical guidance to project execution teams, solve on-site technical challenges, and participate actively in value engineering to optimize project outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, backed by 10 to 15 years of proven experience in construction, EPC, or infrastructure projects. Expertise in design review, technical coordination, and managing project execution is crucial. Experience in the energy sector, particularly with LPG, NG, LNG, or fuel systems, is highly desirable. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills are essential, alongside the ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
