Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Energy Engineer with a solid background in operation and maintenance to support a key project located in Riyadh. The role focuses on managing and optimizing energy systems within facilities, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in facility management projects and government contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee energy operations and maintenance activities to ensure efficient system performance.
• Collaborate within facility management teams to support project requirements.
• Utilize CAFM or CMMS systems to track asset performance and maintenance schedules.
• Implement best practices to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Experience working on facility management projects or government contracts is highly desirable.
• Professional engineering certification such as membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers is a plus.
