Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee production operations at a Low Voltage (LV) electrical panel board factory located in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will manage a team of technicians to ensure production targets are met according to monthly schedules, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for guiding and supervising production activities, ensuring all processes adhere to technical and safety standards. You will coordinate the fabrication and assembly of LV electrical panels in compliance with IEC61439 specifications, while optimizing team performance and production timelines.

• Supervise fabrication of busbars and assembly of LV panel boards including breakers, contactors, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
• Manage the production workflow to meet monthly deadlines and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to control wiring diagrams and assembly procedures.
• Test and troubleshoot panels during various assembly stages to ensure functionality.
• Oversee the production of various LV control panels such as distribution panels, motor control centers (MCC), automatic transfer controls (ATC), power factor correction (PFC) units, direct-on-line (DOL), and star-delta (S/D) starters.
• Utilize expertise in type-tested panel boards including Prisma, PRO-E, and SIVACON models.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar supervisory role within LV electrical panel manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of busbar fabrication and LV panel board assembly according to IEC61439 standards.
• Proficient in interpreting and troubleshooting control wiring diagrams.
• Hands-on experience in testing and resolving issues in partially assembled panels.
• Excellent leadership abilities to coordinate and motivate technical teams effectively.
• Familiarity with a wide range of LV control panels and related components.
• Understanding of type-tested panels from leading manufacturers.
