Job Overview

A prominent construction company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking to hire a skilled Electrical Site Engineer with a strong background in MEP projects. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing electrical site activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical site execution, including installation and maintenance tasks within construction projects.
• Interpret and analyze electrical drawings and technical specifications to guide site activities.
• Supervise and coordinate site workforce, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams to maintain effective project flow.
• Uphold stringent quality controls and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Resolve technical issues and provide practical solutions to site challenges.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in electrical engineering roles within construction, particularly in MEP projects across KSA or the GCC region.
• Deep understanding of electrical site work, including installation and troubleshooting.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex electrical drawings and specifications.
• Solid leadership and site management capabilities.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills to engage with various stakeholders.
