Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer with extensive project management and on-site execution experience to join a significant project with Saudi Aramco located in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. This role involves working both onshore and offshore remote project sites, supporting the Project Support Division in delivering high-quality electrical engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical aspects of construction projects, ensuring smooth execution on site. This includes managing contractors, monitoring project progress, maintaining strict safety practices, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams. The engineer will also support project planning and execution by applying strong high voltage electrical knowledge in line with Aramco standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in electrical engineering with at least 4 years on Saudi Aramco projects (preferred).
• Proven ability to manage site construction projects and contractors effectively.
• Strong background in high voltage electrical systems and site-based execution.
• Knowledge of safety management protocols.
• Project management skills, with PMP certification considered an advantage.
• Experience with SCADA or IT systems is a plus but not mandatory.

Educational and Certification Requirements

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3. Candidates with additional project management certifications such as PMP will be preferred but it is not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

The remuneration package includes a basic salary ranging from SAR 13,000 to SAR 15,000, along with an additional allowance equivalent to 50% of the basic salary. The compensation reflects the seniority and responsibility level associated with this role.

Work Environment

The position requires flexibility to work in remote onshore and offshore sites under the Saudi Aramco project in Dhahran. Candidates should be prepared for dynamic work conditions that involve direct site interaction and project oversight.
