Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to manage the electrical aspects of interior fit-out projects across commercial, retail, and office environments. The ideal candidate will ensure all electrical work complies with design specifications, safety regulations, and client expectations, delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the electrical systems throughout the fit-out process, including low voltage (LV) and extra low voltage (ELV) systems, lighting control, and power distribution. This role involves coordinating with design and construction teams to ensure seamless integration and adherence to project plans. Additionally, maintaining updated project documentation and communicating progress to stakeholders will be essential.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles applied to fit-out projects
• Experience with low voltage and ELV systems, lighting controls, and power distribution networks
• Proficient in AutoCAD for design and modification of electrical layouts
• Competent with MS Office and other relevant design or project management software
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to coordinate and manage project timelines and deliverables

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Proven hands-on experience handling fit-out projects in various sectors like commercial, retail, and office spaces is required to successfully fulfill this position.
