A leading engineering firm in Saudi Arabia is urgently expanding its construction team to support a critical refinery restoration project. This senior-level role is tailored for experienced Electrical Engineers with deep expertise in substation construction and a proven history of working on Aramco projects. The position focuses on fast-paced site execution, requiring hands-on leadership and technical oversight in a complex refinery environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will oversee all construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities related to electrical infrastructure, with particular emphasis on substation systems. Your role includes coordinating multiple contractors, ensuring adherence to Aramco standards and safety protocols, and proactively resolving site challenges to maintain project momentum on urgent restoration works.

Required Skills and Experience

• Over 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically in construction and site execution.
• At least 5 to 7 years of demonstrated involvement in Aramco projects, with verifiable credentials.
• Extensive knowledge in substation construction, installation, and hands-on field engineering.
• Strong familiarity with Aramco electrical standards, safety regulations, and site procedures.
• Proven ability to manage contractors, address on-site issues confidently, and enforce quality compliance.
• Capable of immediate or short-notice deployment, reflecting the urgent nature of the project.

Work Environment
