Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Electrical Engineers and Electrical Supervisors to join our team in Riyadh. This role involves reviewing and interpreting electrical design documents, ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, and overseeing electrical construction activities on-site. Candidates will work closely within a dynamic engineering environment that emphasizes high-quality deliverables and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering and Design:

• Analyze electrical design drawings, specifications, and engineering standards such as SAES, SEC, IEC, and NEC.
• Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with Saudi Aramco standards including SAES-P-100 and SAES-B-014.
• Conduct load calculations, determine cable sizing, and perform voltage drop and short circuit assessments.
• Review vendor documentation for equipment including switchgear, transformers, motor control centers (MCC), UPS systems, and control panels.
• Actively participate in HAZOP, SIL, and design review meetings to improve project outcomes.

Project Supervision:

• Oversee and coordinate daily electrical construction operations such as cable laying, terminations, tray installation, lighting setups, grounding, and substation works.
• Ensure all work complies strictly with ARAMCO standards (SAES, SAEP), approved drawings, and issued for construction (IFC) documents.
• Effectively allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve project milestones and timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience with Saudi Aramco electrical standards and project execution.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, load analysis, and design review.
• Ability to supervise on-site construction teams ensuring safety and quality.
• Competency in reviewing and interpreting technical drawings and vendor documents.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, especially in multidisciplinary meetings.
