URGENT OPENING

This is a full-time on-site role for a Division In-Charge for Sales & Execution Engineer (Mech works) specifically in the field of Fire Fighting, Steel Fabrication, PEB Shed, Bolt-Torquing, Metal Machining works, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing located in Jubail, Eastern Province, who shall look after all applicable areas in KSA. The Division In-Charge will be responsible for managing sales operations, generating leads, getting inquiries, maintaining excellent customer service, closing the lead by getting work-awards and overseeing channel sales and efficient and effective execution of the works. He will also handle communication with clients, develop sales strategies, and meet sales targets.

He must run the Division by bringing Sales and carrying out Execution with inhouse / outsourced team.

Qualifications/ Proficiencies

Must have Strong client networks and lead sources.
Strong Customer Service and Lead Generation skills
Expertise in Getting inquiries and preparation of the estimations
Expertise in negotiations and closing the leads with work-awards for the company
Excel in documentation for the quotations
Expertise in Sales Operations and Channel Sales
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
Execution of the project with team as per the best industry practise
Efficient progress and completion of the works.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in the MEP sales industry in Saudi Arabia is a MUST
Bachelor’s/ Diploma/ degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
SCE Membership for Mechanical Engineering required.

Joining: Immediately Only

Monthly Business & Sales Target: Minimum 500k to 700k SAR per month.

Salary & emoluments: Basic 4000 SAR + Food Allowance + Accommodation + Transportation & Petrol + 1-2% Commission on Monthly Sales business by the candidate. More weightage on Sales.
