Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a Division In-Charge for Sales and Execution Engineering, specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works. This full-time, on-site position is based in Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities spanning the entire Kingdom. The ideal candidate will lead sales initiatives, manage execution activities, and ensure seamless project delivery in sectors such as Fire Fighting, Steel Fabrication, Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) Sheds, Bolt-Torquing, Metal Machining, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing.

Key Responsibilities

The Division In-Charge will develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads, handle client communication, and close deals effectively. Managing channel sales and coordinating both in-house and outsourced teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution of projects will be critical. The role demands monitoring progress, problem-solving, and maintaining robust customer relationships to boost sales and operational performance.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive client networks and proven ability to generate leads within the MEP sector
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills to secure work awards and close sales
• Proficiency in preparing accurate estimations and detailed quotation documentation
• Expertise in sales operations including channel sales management
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
• Ability to drive project execution utilizing best industry practices
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in the MEP sales industry in Saudi Arabia is mandatory
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Membership in Mechanical Engineering is required

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a monthly basic salary of 4000 SAR, supplemented by allowances for food, accommodation, transportation, and petrol. Additionally, candidates will receive a commission ranging from 1% to 2% on monthly sales, with a significant focus on achieving business targets. Expected monthly sales targets range between 500,000 and 700,000 SAR.
