We are seeking a dedicated and skilled District Cooling Plant Operator to join our team in Riyadh. This position focuses on the hands-on operation and routine maintenance of district cooling systems to ensure optimal performance and continuous operation.

Key Responsibilities

The role entails daily monitoring and upkeep of plant equipment and systems. Responsibilities include conducting thorough plant inspections, performing scheduled preventative maintenance on essential machinery such as pumps, chillers, valves, and cooling towers, and promptly troubleshooting any operational faults or system alarms. You will also manage system controls via SCADA, making adjustments to meet varying cooling demands effectively. Comprehensive record-keeping through accurate operational logs and shift reports, all in English, is essential for safety and transparency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should have a minimum of two years’ experience working in district cooling plant operations, demonstrating a strong understanding of plant floor systems and troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required to ensure clear communication and accurate reporting. While no formal engineering degree or license is necessary, practical technical knowledge and hands-on experience are highly valued.
