We are urgently seeking a skilled Design Engineer specializing in static equipment to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the detailed design and engineering of pressure vessels, storage tanks, and heat exchangers in compliance with relevant industry standards and Saudi Aramco requirements. Key Responsibilities

The Design Engineer will manage the complete design lifecycle of static equipment, ensuring adherence to ASME, API, and TEMA standards. Key duties include conducting mechanical calculations using tools such as PV Elite and COMPRESS, reviewing and managing outsourced design work, and supporting bid evaluations and scope reviews. The role involves close collaboration with QA/QC teams for inspection and material compliance, preparing nozzle loadings, supports, weld designs, and assembly drawings, and providing technical support during fabrication to resolve any shop floor issues. All design documents must be compiled accurately to deliver comprehensive engineering project packages.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 to 10 years of experience in static equipment design, particularly pressure vessels, storage tanks, and heat exchangers
• Proficient in mechanical calculations and design software such as PV Elite and COMPRESS
• Strong knowledge of ASME, API, and TEMA codes and standards
• Understanding of Saudi Aramco specifications and client-specific certifications
• Ability to manage outsourced designs and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Experienced in preparation of detailed design documents, including nozzle loadings and assembly drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills to support fabrication and shop floor queries
