Key Responsibilities

Each role in this program plays a vital part in supporting and advancing cybersecurity and engineering standards across critical energy infrastructure:

• Cybersecurity Manager: Lead governance and compliance efforts, supervise ICS/OT security audits and risk mitigation, and collaborate closely with engineering, operational teams, and regulatory bodies.
• Project Engineer (Subcontractor Coordination): Manage interfaces with subcontractors, support engineering and commissioning activities, and ensure adherence to established cybersecurity frameworks.
• Instrument & Controls Engineer: Provide technical assistance for ICS cybersecurity integration within I&C projects, evaluate vendor documentation, and coordinate Factory and Site Acceptance Tests.
• Document Controller: Maintain comprehensive cybersecurity documentation, oversee compliance proof submissions, and ensure smooth documentation workflows.
• ICS Cybersecurity Engineers: Conduct detailed design reviews and risk assessments for ICS/OT systems, liaise with vendors and engineering teams to maintain robust security controls.
• Cybersecurity Lead for Renewable Power: Drive cybersecurity initiatives for renewable assets, ensuring ICS/OT implementations meet national compliance standards.
• Wind OEM Cyber Lead: Manage cybersecurity protocols for wind turbine OEM systems, review technical packages and network layouts, and oversee on-site cybersecurity implementations.
• Grid Cyber Engineer: Support cybersecurity efforts for grid-connected infrastructure, including SCADA systems, protection relays, and communication networks, ensuring industry-standard compliance.
• Project Manager (Permits & Licenses Coordination): Oversee the securing of permits and regulatory approvals by engaging with government agencies and consultants, tracking all compliance milestones.

Candidate Profile

We seek professionals with proven experience in ICS/OT cybersecurity, instrumentation and controls, SCADA, DCS, PLC, network security, or industrial automation. Ideal candidates will have a background in large-scale energy or industrial projects within the GCC region and demonstrate strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, site-based environment is essential.
