The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cost management within engineering projects, demonstrating expertise in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

The Cost Manager will be responsible for overseeing project costs, ensuring budgets are met, and maintaining financial accuracy throughout project phases. This includes preparing cost estimates, monitoring expenditures, analyzing financial data, and collaborating closely with project teams to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field is mandatory.
• At least 10 years of extensive experience in cost management or related roles within the engineering sector.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control methodologies, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate between multiple stakeholders and project teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly and start immediately is essential.
• Possession of a valid and transferable Iqama is required to work in Saudi Arabia.
