Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager with expertise in civil engineering to lead site operations for major projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing construction activities from mobilization to project completion, specifically on Saudi Aramco contracts. This role demands strong leadership, thorough knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

As Construction Manager, you will oversee all on-site construction processes, ensuring efficient execution aligned with project schedules and standards. Supervising site personnel, subcontractors, and managing resource deployment will be central to your role. You will also coordinate closely with engineering teams, procurement departments, and clients to resolve issues promptly and maintain workflow. Strict adherence to project quality, safety protocols, and Saudi Aramco construction guidelines is essential.

Required Skills

• Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects successfully
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on schedule and budget control
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Thorough knowledge of Saudi Aramco construction standards and PMT requirements
• Commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of construction management experience on Saudi Aramco projects
• Previous PMT-approved experience in a similar role with Saudi Aramco is highly preferred

Work Environment

The successful candidate will operate in a fast-paced construction site environment based in Riyadh. You will be expected to lead teams and ensure smooth project execution while maintaining high standards of safety and quality compliance.
