Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with extensive experience in supervising construction projects in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring all site activities meet project specifications, timelines, and quality benchmarks while adhering to Saudi Arabian regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves overseeing and monitoring construction progress, reviewing shop drawings, and resolving design conflicts. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to tackle construction challenges and approve materials that meet project standards. Conducting site inspections is essential to identify safety risks, quality issues, and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.

Providing technical support to construction teams and maintaining accurate project records will be part of your daily duties. Supporting project managers to streamline workflow and facilitate the timely delivery of projects is also required.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• At least 8 years of experience in site engineering or construction management within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, local codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in construction management software and relevant tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with great attention to detail.

Work Location

The position is based in Riyadh, and candidates must be available to work on-site within the city.
