We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with a focus on fit-out projects to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and possess 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience within the GCC region, specializing in interior fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves supervising on-site construction activities related to partitions, ceilings, flooring, and painting works. You will coordinate closely with workers and subcontractors, ensuring that all tasks are completed according to quality standards and timelines. Responsibilities also include interpreting construction drawings accurately and managing project schedules to meet delivery requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 5 to 8 years of relevant GCC experience in interior fit-out projects
• Familiarity with partitions, ceilings, flooring, and painting work processes
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings effectively
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD
• Project management skills to oversee site operations and ensure deadlines are met
